Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Retail Product Designer / Product Developer to design engaging children’s products, including stickers, activity kits, paper novelties, packaging, and seasonal collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original illustrations, graphics, product designs, and packaging.
- Develop production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Research children’s product trends and develop retail-ready concepts.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, product design, or packaging design preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration skills.
- Knowledge of printing, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
