Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Onsite Technology Lead with 11–14 years of experience to lead technical delivery and client engagement at the project site.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across modern technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide both technical and functional aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary onsite technical lead, interfacing clients on both technical and functional matters.
- Provide solution architecture and suggest technical approaches aligned with business needs.
- Lead and mentor offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for development, deployment, and issue resolution.
- Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline and release management processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required:
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot
- Frontend: Angular, Node.js
- Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka, flink
- Cloud: Azure Cloud Services, Azure Communication Services, Azure Kubernetes Services
