Role: Test Manager

Location- MINNESOTA -FRIDLEY

1. 15 Years of Testing Experience and currently Managing large testing programs.

2. 5-7 Years experience on Test Delivery Manager

3. 10 Years' Experience on Test Management with Handling of test size of 40

4. Good Exposure on Testing Estimations for large testing Programs

5. Experience on Implementation of testing processes, Frameworks and Setting up of TCoE's

6. Experience on Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation, Risk Based testing and resource planning

7. Good Experience of Transformative Initiatives and Continuous improvements

8. Good Understanding of Testing Metrics, KPI and reporting experience

9. Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

10. Good Understanding of Testing Toll Gates, Test Reporting and Other Project communication

11. Experience on Agile methodology and understand the concepts

12. Experience on Testing Solutions, RFP Solutioning, Automation etc

13. Experience on management of Automation and Performance testing team

14. Good Understanding on Manual Testing Concepts and Testing solutions (API Test, Mobile Testing)

15. Good Experience on Test Management Tools

16. Good Hands on Presentation skills ( Managing Monthly and Quarterly Governance)
