ServiceNow Business Analyst

Technical Skills: Steel bricks CPQ or Callidus CPQ or ServiceNow SOM knowledgeable BA with End to end (opportunity to Order process) understanding. Knowledge of ServiceNow SOM and BRIM
Must Have Skills:
- Implementation experience in Steel bricks CPQ or Callidus CPQ tool or OR ServiceNow SOM. Candidate will be able to provide Fit Gap analysis of requirements based on implementation experience
- Should have in depth understanding of SaaS company's "Opportunity Management /Quoting/Pricing /CLM /Ordering Tools/Subscription Management/
- Ability to design, prototype and assess solutions using Callidus CPQ or ServiceNow SOM and BRIM
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- 9 years of experience in implementation of Quoting process related to SaaS products using Steel bricks CPQ Callidus CPQ or ServiceNow SOM. Should know the implementation challenges (Configuring, pricing and Quoting in each category) for SaaS products in Steelbricks CPQ or Callidus CPQ or ServiceNow SOM. Knowledge of Dynamic Pricing, discounting & Packaging of bundling of products will be needed.
- Should have understanding of subscription models and its billing and good understanding of BRIM
- 3 years as an Architect/Lead role with solutioning experience
- Deep expertise in the SaaS business model, especially in the CPQ and Quote to Cash process areas
- Have the experience to work with GTM, Sales Ops, Sales, Deals Desk, Legal, Finance functions in carving solution for Hi-Teach/ Saas companies
- Experience in Workflow, Approval Management, and User
