Job Description
- Mastery in FHIR related standards- FHIR core, Implementation guides, Bulk FHIR)
- Ability to map legacy data to FHIR
- API Architecture: RESTful API design, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2/OpenID Connect
- Integration Patterns: ETL, event-driven, API gateway, microservices, streaming
- FHIR Server Platforms: HAPI FHIR, Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud Platform FHIR APIs
- Data Storage Design: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch), hybrid data models for FHIR
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform HIPAA-compliant services.
- API Management, Containerization( Docker, Kubernetes for deploying FHIR solutions)
- Ability to develop interoperability roadmaps
- Understands CMS compliance
