Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative
Location: Augusta, GA
Job Description -
We are hiring Customer Service Retention & Sales Representatives to provide exceptional customer support while identifying opportunities to retain customers and promote additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Prior sales experience (inside sales, upselling, cross-selling, consultative sales, or revenue-generating customer support) strongly preferred
- Retain customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
- Process account updates, service requests, and customer transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Meet customer service, retention, and sales performance goals.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous call center, customer support, or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
