AI Product Manager (Wealth Management)
Duration -6-12 Months
Location – Boston, MA / Windsor, CT
Key Qualifications:
- Product Leadership: 8 years in product management, including 4 years in AI/ML products with ownership of full product lifecycle.
- Delivery Track Record: Proven experience shipping AI products to production with measurable adoption and outcomes.
- Strategic Ownership: Operated at lead/principal level, independently defining product strategy and roadmap.
- Regulated Domain Experience: Built products in financial/healthcare environments, handling compliance and legal processes.
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence senior (VP ) stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong AI Expertise: Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Technical & Data Fluency: Comfortable with APIs, architecture, SQL, data pipelines, and AI tooling (Copilot, etc.).
- Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Deep knowledge of retirement/wealth domain, including ERISA, SECURE 2.0, participant behavior, and investment products.
