TekPro Engineering is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support precision CNC machining operations from process development through production. This role partners closely with production, quality, and customers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate customer prints and specifications into efficient manufacturing processes
- Design fixtures and work holding solutions
- Develop routings, BOMs, and ERP data
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and fixturing challenges
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in CNC machining or fabrication
- Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM tools
- Strong understanding of GD&T and manufacturing best practices
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
