First Shift Openings
CNC Setup Machinists | $28–$37/hour
- Set up CNC mills or lathes for production.
- Install tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
- Perform offsets, edits, and first-piece inspections.
- Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Prior CNC setup experience required.
CNC Operators | $20–$28/hour
- Operate CNC mills or lathes.
- Load parts, change tools, and adjust offsets.
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Prior CNC machining experience preferred.
Second Shift Openings
CNC Operators | $20–$30/hour 8% shift differential
- Operate CNC milling or turning equipment.
- Make basic tool changes and offset adjustments.
- Inspect parts and maintain production quality.
- Setup experience is highly valued but not required.
