Key Responsibilities- Lead and support CMM programming, troubleshooting, inspection strategy, and measurement-system improvements
- Analyze CMM and inspection data to identify trends, variation, and potential manufacturing issues
- Develop and improve Control Plans, inspection plans, PFMEAs, and process-control documentation
- Utilize SPC, process capability studies, and statistical quality tools to improve manufacturing performance

- Lead investigations into internal and customer nonconformances, including NCR/NCM, MRB, containment, and disposition
- Perform root-cause analysis utilizing 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D, and other structured problem-solving methods
- Develop, implement, and verify corrective actions
- Drive improvements aimed at reducing scrap, rework, defects, and customer escapes

- 7 years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in aerospace, precision machining, or other high-precision manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with CMM programming and dimensional inspection
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
- Experience with SPC, process capability, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Knowledge of FAI / AS9102 requirements
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and aerospace quality requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
