Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Wisconsin

Salary: Up to $95,000

A growing automotive supplier with approximately 85 employees is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer due to continued business growth and new product launches. This position is heavily focused on new product introduction (NPI), machining process development, and fixture/tooling design. While the facility manufactures aluminum cast components, the role is primarily centered around machining operations rather than foundry processes.

• Lead manufacturing support for new product launches.
• Develop and improve machining processes.
• Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions.
• Create manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering to ensure successful program launches.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Fixture/tooling design and process improvement experience.
