Join a high-tech, climate-controlled aerospace manufacturer operating on an evening schedule (6:00 PM–4:00 AM). If you take pride in accurate measurements, clean work, and consistent output, this role is for you.
You will
- Operate CNC machines safely to produce quality parts.
- Make basic offsets, change inserts, and complete required in-process documentation.
- Use micrometers, calipers, thread gages, pin gages, bore/height gages, and indicators to confirm part quality.
- Keep your area organized and follow FOD prevention practices.
- Raise production, safety, or quality concerns to your supervisor.
- Assist other departments as needed: deburring, assembly, cleaning, and shipping/receiving.
- Support continuous improvement and adhere to all quality and safety procedures.
You bring
- 1 year of CNC operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and basic inspection plans.
- Proven ability to properly use calibrated measuring equipment.
- Reliable, positive, team-oriented approach.
