A Day in the Life
- Start with proactive rounds, completing preventive maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document all work thoroughly in maintenance logs to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with production and engineering to plan repairs, schedule upgrades, and boost equipment reliability.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and implement approved improvements or retrofits.
- Champion safety and quality by following established procedures and best practices.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines is required.
- Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems; able to read blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus (not required).
- Reliable, detail-focused, and ready to work overtime when needed.
