- 10 years of experience in Technical business analysis, preferably with exposure to AI or automation projects.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- AWS Services: DynamoDB, Lambda.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management software.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
