This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrician located in Waukesha, WI. The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical blueprints, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet project goals.

• Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Work
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
• Ability to interpret and work from technical diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or electrical licensure is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with others
• Prior experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus
