In this role, you’ll help produce plastic materials used in medical, regulated, personal care, and other products you likely use every day. If you’re energized by a fast-paced, safety-first environment, this is where you can grow.
Your impact
- Operate blending and extrusion equipment to meet production targets and quality standards
- Confirm item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities with precision
- Record production information clearly and legibly
- Keep work areas clean while proactively supporting team and personal safety
- Partner with teammates and work independently to get the job done
Work schedule
- Five (5) workdays every week — 2nd shift — Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
- Voluntary overtime available
- Shift differentials are provided
- Additional openings exist for blending and machine operation on second and third shifts
What you need to succeed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic math; ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail for verification and documentation
- Commitment to housekeeping and safety
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred experience
- Blending and extruder operations
- Troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
- Leadership skills
- Safe fork truck operation
Physical demands
- Lift items up to 55 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Routinely climb, bend, and stretch

Sign-on Bonuses: Earn $250 after 30 days, an additional $250 after 90 days, and $500 after 180 days of employment.
