- Run to spec: Follow processing instructions and setup parameters for pellet production.

- Communicate and support: Share quality/process updates with operators and support teams; provide break relief; flex across lines as needed.
- Be a pro teammate: Keep your area clean, attend department meetings, and complete the 90-day probation.
- Comfort reading SOPs and technical notes; sound judgment and problem-solving.
- Math fluency: fractions, decimals, rates/ratios/percentages; interpret bar graphs.
- Dependable attendance in a continuous production environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; climb stairs; perform in warm/hot conditions.
- Forklift driving with a valid license; PPE provided (safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, respirator as needed).
- Training typically on 1st shift up to 4 weeks; then move to 2nd or 3rd shift. Overtime—including Saturdays and Sundays—when customer demand requires.
- Lift, cut, and dump 60-lb bags into blenders many times per shift.
- Load/scoop from boxes and drums—20,000 to 40,000 lbs total in a shift.
- Operate forklifts/hand trucks; scrape blender walls; bend/stoop/lean for periods.
- Climb ladders/stairs; handle drums and related equipment.
