What a typical 2nd Shift looks like (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)
You arrive ready to learn and contribute. You prep equipment, review test specifications, and run pilot-scale processes alongside our Corporate Pilot Plant Lab team. Throughout the shift, you’ll rotate through key steps of polymer blend sample production—moving from mixing to forming to quality checks—while capturing accurate data in our lab system.

Core work you’ll do
- Carry out assigned lab tasks in a safe, prioritized, and timely manner following lab and safety procedures.
- Execute tests per specifications with guidance; after training, independently perform all core tests required for the role.
- Enter test conditions and results into the laboratory data system with accuracy.
You’ll collaborate with teammates through all stages of the polymer blend sample production process, including:
- Compounding and Blending
- Banbury mixing and Extrusion mixing
- Milling and Pelletizing
- Packaging
- Quality Control Testing
- Strong teamwork and clear communication with supervisors and peers.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Comfort with basic arithmetic, reading and writing in English, and accurate data entry.
2nd Shift (2:30PM -11:00PM)

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Salary : $20 - $23
