Role Overview
Are you skilled at coordinating innovative training programs? Our Learning & Development Facilitator takes charge of enhancing our workforce's skillsets, helping both new and seasoned individuals to excel. Here's how you can make an impact:
Orchestrate newcomer and veteran employee training aimed at boosting productivity.
Spearhead our facility's instructional agenda by curating and updating training regimens for team members.
Identify deficiencies in knowledge and skills that need addressing among team members.
Monitor and assess effectiveness of training sessions conducted by production mentors.
Work alongside plant administration and HR to ascertain and implement developmental requirements for teams.
Promote and advocate for company directives by instructing departmental staff.
Evaluate training success and how it translates to team performance and KPIs.
Collect opinions from trainers and their trainees to refine training delivery.
Extend operational guidance and hands-on learning when necessary.
Prerequisites
High School diploma/GED or two years of past involvement with Teknor Apex.
1-3 years in the Hose Manufacturing sector.
Independent working capability.
Flexible work availability, including overtime.
Forklift operation certification is a plus.
Exemplary interpersonal communication proficiency.
Competent in MS Office Suite, with a readiness to master additional software tools.
Exceptionally organized with keen analytical abilities.
Strong command over written and verbal communication.
Salary : $52,000 - $72,800
