As an Intern, you will support the Maintenance and Engineering team in a variety of operational and project-based activities within the plant.

As an Intern, you will support the Maintenance and Engineering team in a variety of operational and project-based activities within the plant.
Project Overview
- Review plant equipment and ensure all assets are accurately entered into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Evaluate preventive maintenance (PM) programs for completeness; create or update PMs as needed.
- Collect and organize equipment data, including manuals, drawings, photos, and nameplate information.
- Assist with equipment labeling and identification.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support a 6S work environment.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe workplace.
- Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Engineering.
- Ability to work onsite in Brownsville, Tennessee.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic experience using mobile devices (e.g., tablet or smartphone camera).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and on time.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to wear required safety equipment.
