Job Opening: symplr Support Analyst (Time & Attendance / Scheduling) 100% Remote
We are supporting a major healthcare system in Houston as they begin a large ERP/HCM transformation. As they transition from symplr Workforce Management to Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Oracle Cloud Scheduling, we are seeking an experienced symplr Support Analyst to provide stability and support for the legacy environment throughout the migration.
Role Details
Title: symplr Support Analyst (Time & Attendance / Scheduling)
Type: 18-Month Contract (January 2026 July 2027)
Client: Large Healthcare System Houston, TX
Location: 100% Remote
Project: symplr legacy support during migration to Oracle T&L Scheduling
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily production support for symplr Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Staffing modules
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage configurations, and address escalated tickets
- Maintain time capture, pay code logic, accrual rules, and schedule validations
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Nursing Leadership, and IT teams
- Support data mapping, extracts, integrations, and readiness work for Oracle migration
- Assist with testing, cutover activities, and knowledge transfer to Oracle project teams
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with symplr Workforce Management
- Expertise in Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules
- Background supporting healthcare environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced migration project
