Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer to join our Banking client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, customization, integration, and support. The candidate should have experience working in highly regulated financial environments and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity governance solutions.
Required Skills
- 8 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Strong experience in SailPoint IIQ development, implementation, customization, and administration.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience developing workflows, rules, task definitions, forms, certifications, lifecycle events, and provisioning policies.
- Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and access certification processes.
- Experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting identity provisioning and reconciliation issues.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting (Shell or PowerShell).
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud applications.
- Develop connectors and APIs for identity provisioning and access governance.
- Implement identity lifecycle management, access requests, approval workflows, and certification campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to identity provisioning and governance.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement IAM best practices.
- Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and maintain technical documentation.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance initiatives by ensuring appropriate access governance controls.
- Participate in production deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Follow secure coding practices and banking security standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Knowledge of SOX, PCI-DSS, FFIEC, GDPR, or other regulatory compliance standards.
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with other IAM technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Education
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification or other IAM certifications are highly preferred.
