Position Description:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development, launch, and ongoing success of our products. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and is eager to grow within product management. You will help ensure product compliance, support development and testing initiatives, coordinate industry events, manage product samples, and conduct market and competitive analysis to support informed strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
· Product Development, Testing, and Reporting Management
o Coordinate all new product development activities, including meetings, documentation, and reporting
o Coordinate product testing with internal and external partners
· Product Compliance & Documentation
o Support compliance activities and ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards
o Maintain product documentation, including specifications, certifications, and test results
· Sales & Marketing Support and Research
o Assist with tradeshow logistics, including booth setup/design, product messaging, and event activities
o Coordinate samples and special projects
o Conduct competitive research and industry trend analysis
o Support creation of market requirements, benchmarking, and product roadmaps

Basic Qualifications:
- A secondary degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong graphic design and visual presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 10%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
