- Great pay. Entry-level, Union Position - pay is $20.30 per hour (plus $.75/hour when working night shift). Per Union Contract, pay will increase to $24.66 per hour after just 1 year of employment!

- The ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a – switching every 4 weeks)
