What you’ll do

- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent through effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on conflict management and employee relations to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations while managing workers' compensation claims.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday or Paycor for efficient data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational design initiatives.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment law.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate contracts and manage employee relations effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with payroll systems such as Paycor.
- Bilingual is a plus.
