What You’ll Do
Tekmetric is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to perform the following tasks:
- Assist and manage the application process on behalf of our Payment Managers
- Complete quality checks on all application and boarding data
- Ship and track device deployment
- Generate proposals when needed for our Payment Managers
- Set sales appointments for Payment Managers
- Research and provide excellent service on potential issues
- Monitor Slack, Facebook, and email to ensure all customers receive resolution to their questions and concerns.
- Assist customers with technical support issues.
- Provide process flow and procedure feedback
- Become an industry expert
- Help the Tekmerchant team achieve its benchmarks and goals.
What You’ll Bring
- We expect our Sales Support Specialist to have a minimum of 2 years experience in the integrated payments space supporting both ISVs and inside sales teams.
- 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- A working knowledge of underwriting, risk management, KYC requirements, and interchange.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively both verbally and in writing.
- Can work independently and is self motivated.
- Can work efficiently in both Microsoft Office products and Gsuite products.
- Strong problem solving skills
