Role: Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist

Location: Remote

Test Data Management Specialist with min 12 years of IT experience in creating, managing, and validating test data for Member, Claims, and Finance domains within the healthcare insurance industry

Experience with any of the test data management (TDM) tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, IBM Optim, Databricks, or custom scripts).

Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and working with relational databases.

Strong understanding of healthcare insurance data models, claim lifecycle, enrollment, billing, and financial transactions.

Should have experience working in cloud environment

Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and data masking techniques.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Design, generate, and maintain test data sets for Member, Claims, and Finance workflows in healthcare insurance systems.

Analyze business and system requirements to identify and prepare required test data conditions.

Build synthetic data and subset production data while ensuring HIPAA and data privacy compliance.

Collaborate with QA, developers, and business users to understand scenarios and ensure complete test coverage.

Automate test data creation processes using SQL, scripts, or test data tools.

Troubleshoot data issues, validate data integrity, and support test execution teams.
