Key Requirements:
- 7 years of controls engineering experience in manufacturing, with strong Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC programming and Studio 5000 expertise.
- Hands-on experience with HMI development, industrial networking, control architecture, and automation system integration.
- Experience specifying, designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting custom automation equipment with external vendors.
- Strong knowledge of automation hardware, sensors, actuators, drives, vision systems, control panels, and mechanical systems.
- Proven technical leadership in cross-functional automation projects; battery manufacturing, automotive, SCADA/MES, and industrial IoT experience are preferred.
