Job Title: AI ML Engineer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Will have first round of interview through Webex and if required, will schedule in-person interview.
Job description:
8 years of software engineering, with at least 2 years in applied LLM or multi-agent systems in production.
Hands-on experience building multi-agent orchestration systems (LangChain, LangGraph, custom frameworks, or equivalent)Deep understanding of RAG pipelines — embedding models, vector stores, graph-based retrieval, and grounding strategies
Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise backends (ticketing systems, ITSM tools, CRM, or similar)
Strong Python skills; comfort reasoning about async, event-driven agent workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery across cross-functional teams
• Top 3 Required skills:
Multi-agent orchestration systems (LangChain, LangGraph, custom frameworks, or equivalent)
RAG pipelines — embedding models, vector stores, graph-based retrieval, and grounding strategies
AI systems integration with enterprise backends (ticketing systems, ITSM tools, CRM, or similar)
• Years of experience in each of the must-have skills:
]: At least two years experience in applied LLM or multi-agent systems in production, with 8 years of software engineering
• Any Certifications required:
Certification on AI/LLM side & Python would be advantageous.
Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/nature of work:
]: Plan and execute expansion of an AI Platform across new support queues. Architect and improve the orchestration layer, agent capabilities (Ticket Handler, Advisor, Router, Knowledge Kiosk), and RAG/knowledge pipeline
