- Focus: Driving new B2B revenue with garage door distributors, assemblers, and large installers in California. This is a direct sales role, not a team management position.
- Location: Must be based in California (or able to realistically cover the territory) and experienced in frequent travel to visit accounts.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Depends on experience and network relevance.
- Variable/OTE: Performance-based, tied to territory performance and profitability.
Required Experience (in order of preference):
- Garage door panels, door openers
- Must have a strong B2B field sales background. Retails is not needed.
- We require a proven ability to find, open, and develop accounts directly, rather than managing a team.
Profiles to Avoid:
- Candidates with primarily retail/showroom experience.
- Pure sales managers who have not personally carried a bag and built a territory recently.
- Profiles outside of California without a realistic coverage plan.
