Description:
The client is looking for a lead cost controller who would be able to manage and run the financial health of a large-scale pharmaceutical project.
This person must be able to be cost focused, be responsible for reporting on a timely basis, analyze/interpret the data and be able to articulate the financial status of each portion of the large project.
This person must be self-sufficient and manage the project without much guidance or handholding.
The contractor will act as the lead for the cost, schedule, reporting for all 3 Headblocks and will oversee the assistant cost controller and scheduling team.
We are looking for this person to be cost focused and be able to present data to senior leadership professionally and concisely.
Skill and Background:
- 8-15 Years within Cost Control environment
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
- Project spend, risk and contract analysis
- Capital expansion is preferred
- Experience in large scale projects $100M
- Ability to manage overall scope of the controls
- Ability to create, interpret, and present financial health to senior leadership
- Some scheduling understanding
Soft Skills: Organized, reliable, ability to lead/mentor, articulate, time management, not looking for an individual contributor
Degree: Preferred
Salary : $45 - $55
