Must-Have**
10 years’ experience in IT Industry in managing requirements in multiple accounts as a CRM functional consultant
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis and mapping business requirement to system requirement.
• Extensive knowledge & insights in Insurance industry & customer base in the Europe and India.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to drive change.
Good-to-Have
• Have good knowledge in quality assurance of software implementation.
• Good at gathering functional and non-functional requirement.
• Extensive knowledge in waterfall and agile mode of software implementation.

• Responsible for driving the requirements, analyzing and proposing the best solution to customer.
• Responsible for requirement walk through with all the stakeholders.
• Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram.
