Job Title: Workday Reporting & Testing Consultant
Clifton, NJ (Remote)
We are looking for a Workday Reporting & Testing Consultant with strong experience in Workday HCM, reporting, dashboards, and application testing.

- Workday Report Building & Custom Reports
- Advanced, Matrix, Composite & BIRT Reports
- Workday Functional & System Testing
- Calculated Fields, RaaS, Prism Analytics
- Discovery Boards & Scorecards
- Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing.
- Create complex calculated fields and analytics reports.
- Support HR, Payroll, and Finance reporting solutions.
- Conduct report security audits and production support.
- Work with ADO/JIRA for defect tracking and testing activities.
Requirements:
- Experience with multiple Workday implementations/projects.
- Strong Workday HCM functional knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Certification from Implementation Partner is mandatory.
