10 years of IT Project Management experience.

Experience leading Conversational AI / GenAI / Chatbot implementation projects.

Strong Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning and delivery management.

Expertise in stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team coordination.

Hands-on experience with UAT, release management, go-live, and hypercare.

Experience managing API integrations, mobile application delivery, and technical dependencies.

Proficient with Jira, Confluence, RAID logs, project governance, and status reporting.

Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.

Banking/Financial Services domain experience is preferred.

PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is a plus.
