Role Descriptions:
- Seeking a React Developer to deliver end-to-end console capabilities, including building persona-based UI workflows and supporting APIs/BFF endpoints that aggregate data from multiple sources.
- Strong experience required in modern web UI, API development, and distributed systems integration.
- Emphasis on automated testing and production operability.
- Contribute hands-on to feature development while establishing patterns, reviewing designs and code, and improving reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries.
- Implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate Figma designs into reusable React components with pixel-level accuracy.
- Integrate UI components with APIs and back-end services.
- Ensure performance, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience building dashboards/console experiences with complex data visualization and workflow navigation.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Strong experience designing and implementing APIs/BFF services supporting UI workflows.
- Proven experience integrating across multiple systems and handling partial failures gracefully.
- Experience with authentication and authorization integration (RBAC concepts, token-based authentication patterns).
- Experience implementing caching and performance optimization strategies (client-side and server-side).
- Familiarity with observability practices including structured logs, metrics, traces, and cross-tier correlation
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments
