Job Title: Qlik Talend Cloud (QTC) Architect
Location: Davidson, NC 28036 (Hybrid - Comfortable with 100% Remote with milestone-based travel to office, if required)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
Design & Build CDC Pipelines: Personally design and build real-time, log-based Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines using Qlik Talend Cloud to ingest data from source systems.
Database Integration: Design, configure, and establish secure, optimized connections and data flows from enterprise relational databases, specifically Oracle and SQL Server.
Pipeline Management: Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to utilize existing CI/CD automation pipelines (GitHub integrated) to deploy, monitor, and manage Qlik Talend Cloud tasks.
Data Transformation & Security: Design and implement schema mapping, connection parameters, and transformation/masking rules (e.g., handling sensitive fields in lower environments).
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify technical constraints inherent to SaaS connectors and build reliable, scalable workarounds to guarantee data consistency.
