Job Title: Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant

Key Skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in design, implementation, and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Attendance, and Kronos WFC 8.0 Navigators.
- Strong knowledge of WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), WDM (Workforce Device Manager), SDM (Setup Data Manager), and Kronos Clocks (4500/InTouch terminals).
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale Kronos WFC implementations, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, and testing.
- Configure and support integrations, timekeeping, attendance, accruals, and device management.
- Collaborate with client teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver workforce management solutions.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end multinational Kronos implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with business and executive stakeholders.
