Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Incident Command, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Operations Engineering.
  • Expertise in Reliability Architecture, Automation, and Observability/Monitoring tools.
  • Ability to lead major incident management, outage response, and systemic problem resolution.
  • Experience handling large-scale change events, production support, and operational stability.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-impact outages and critical situations.
