Job Title: Dynamics CRM Architect

Location: Malvern, PA-onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Architect to design, implement, and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, CRM architecture, system integrations, customization, and enterprise solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, customization, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Design and implement CRM integrations with external applications, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to develop business solutions.
• Define CRM data models, workflows, business process flows, security roles, and access controls.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
• Oversee development using plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Dataverse.
• Design and manage integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure integration services.
• Establish best practices for solution architecture, performance optimization, security, and application lifecycle management.
• Lead environment management, solution deployment, release management, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex CRM issues and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, data governance policies, and security requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with CRM customization, configuration, plugins, and workflows.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, security architecture, and business process automation.
• Experience with solution architecture, technical documentation, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other Customer Engagement modules.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Power Platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ALM, Power Platform pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale CRM implementations and digital transformation projects.
