Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years in Project Management at a technology company, with 2-3 years of construction-related experience
- Oversee structured cabling design and oversee vendor installation from implementation to the first day of business.
- Experience with deployment of IT technical infrastructure such as AV systems and Networking equipment
- Proven expertise as a contributor to cross-functional teams that launch on-time and on-budget solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap, anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience with Product Management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Google Sheets, and Smartsheet
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and expertise in establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
- Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited intuition
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage a project through delivery, directing the project team, and influencing stakeholders.
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
- Hold regular technical project meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
- Help coordinate vendors with internal teams and other external vendors
