Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end Appian solutions including workflows, data models, integrations, and security.
- Develop scalable BPM applications using Appian best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance.
- Build and optimize SAIL interfaces, process models, record types, CDTs, and expression rules.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/MQ, and external enterprise systems.
- Implement Appian Data Fabric and database solutions with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Drive performance tuning, security (RBAC), and application scalability.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills:
- Strong Appian Architecture and Development experience.
- Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Record Types, CDTs, and Expression Rules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of Appian Data Fabric and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, security, and CI/CD.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
