Job Title: Project Manager
Location- Either Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to establish, mature, and lead PMO capabilities while driving largescale, strategic programs enabled by technology solutions. This role requires a strong track record in building governance frameworks, aligning initiatives to organizational strategy, and managing complex, multiproject programs in a technologydriven environment. The ideal candidate will combine PMO leadership, Project delivery excellence, and technology alignment, working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure predictable, highquality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
PMO Establishment & Governance
Define, implement, and continuously improve PMO standards, frameworks, processes, and templates to ensure consistency, quality, and transparency across programs.
Establish governance structures, roles, escalation paths, and decisionmaking forums for effective program oversight.
Conduct regular governance reviews, audits, and health checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
Project Management Leadership
Provide endtoend leadership for multiple interconnected projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Define program vision, objectives, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps.
Manage crossprogram dependencies, sequencing, and resource allocation, including budget, people, and technology.
Technology Integration
Partner with IT, architecture, and technology teams to align program objectives with enterprise architecture and technology strategies.
Ensure appropriate adoption of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on program needs.
Lead the definition of PMO workflows and business requirements, including demand management, resource management, intake processes, and reporting mechanisms.
Performance & Risk Management
Track program performance using defined KPIs, metrics, and dashboards, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for deviations from agreed plans.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Serve as the primary liaison between program teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Communicate program progress, risks, dependencies, and achievements clearly and proactively.
Lead expectationsetting, stakeholder alignment, and change management activities across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
15 years of experience in program and project management, with 8 years in PMO leadership or largescale program roles.
Strong experience delivering technologyenabled programs, including enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), cloud platforms, or large IT transformations.
Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and complex dependencies across global, crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Handson experience with PMO and delivery tools such as Planview, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), PowerApps, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience building and scaling PMO frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of portfolio management, reporting, and executive dashboards.
Experience managing vendors, partners, and thirdparty contracts.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking capabilities.
Salary : $50 - $52
