- The team is migrating legacy, decades-old systems to cloud-based, modern architecture, and needs a single owner for architectural vision, documentation, and direction.
- Top Must-Haves:
- Own and drive domain-level architecture for the CRM ecosystem.
- Serve as the central architecture authority (not part of a larger architect team).
- Lead modernization strategy, including cloud migration and future-facing design (e.g., AI readiness).
- Produce and maintain architectural documentation and long-term technical vision.
- Partner closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
- Mentor developers (no direct reports).
