Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with incoming leads and convert them into customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams (Support & Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
• Prior experience in residential services (electrician, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
