Position: Asset Management – Technical Business Data Analyst
Location: Newark, New Jersey
Hybrid Onsite: 2 days per week
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract ( additional extensions)
Note; this is a Technical Business Data Analyst role, working with Trading systems & Portfolio Management.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a business systems analyst or data analyst role within the financial services industry,
- Must have experience working within fixed income asset management.
- Front office Trading or Middle office (risk, regulatory, compliance, trade support) experience is required.
- Must have strong SQL skills, working and dealing with complex queries
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Strong Data Analysis skills requirements gathering, documentation
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Any Python experience is highly preferred
- Working experience with Blackrock Aladdin preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
