Introduction:

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing artificial intelligence solutions that will drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. You will work closely with our team to design, implement, and maintain AI systems that will enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop AI models and algorithms to optimize processes and improve performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and technologies
• Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug AI systems as needed
• Document AI development processes and procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members

Requirements:

Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in AI development
• Experience with AI technologies such as Copilot, Claude, and Agentic
• Proven track record of creating AI agent workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Enterprise-level experience in AI development
• AI certifications
