Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lyndhurst, NJ, for a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for merchants using our payment processing solutions. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure the delivery of top-notch support services.
