Job Summary:
The Team Lead I is a production leadership role responsible for a team of 6-9 recruiters and could include a specialization leader within the Communications skill specialty. Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the leads and recruiters to maximize their potential and drive results. The Team Lead is responsible for setting clear expectations and goals for the team during: RedZone, Team Meetings, Pipeline Meetings, and other venues. The Team Lead will drive their own spread production while providing the necessary support to ensure their team members are able to meet production standards. The Team Lead is responsible for driving outcomes in areas of specialty so viable candidates will need to demonstrate intellectual curiosity through their own self-directed ongoing learning efforts. The Team Lead will stay current with specialization and technology trends and ensure their teams do the same through ongoing purposeful learning venues.
Candidate must sit in the Phoenix Delivery Center.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Develop talent (Specialization Leads and Recruiters) through coaching, ongoing feedback, performance plans and yearly reviews
- Lead development goals conversations using IDPs
- Actively participates with Product/ Vertical Leaders to help drive vision and strategy across all of Talent Delivery.
- Attend panel interviews and conduct initial screenings to provide input on hiring decisions
- Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders (internal and external), and determine the best course of action for the business
- Serve as the escalation level for conflict with requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with delivery center leaders
- Manage strong virtual relationships with field offices to deliver effectively
- Actively coach the team through the use of the Situational Leadership Framework
- Using TalentX, conduct Reviews, Career Planning & Development Activities for the team on a semi-annual basis
- Partner with the Onboarding Coaches, Specialization Leads and the Onboarding and Development Lead to ensure excellent results through new recruiter onboarding.
- Set clear expectations and goals through Redzone, Team meetings, Pipeline meetings
- Align recruiter based on req needs
- Drive TEK Values through leading by example and communication with the team
- Drive results through accountability of Self, Team, Peers, Field Partners (AMs)
- Hold teams accountable to minimizing/eliminating distractions
- Stay current and relevant with specialization, industry and technology trends through ongoing learning
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in liberal arts, communications, business or related area preferred; combination of high school diploma/GED and equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree, at a minimum.
- Minimum of three years of recruiting experience and one year of leadership experience preferred, as well as a track record of success balancing production and leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate virtually across functions, workgroups, leadership and teams on a continuous basis, and can build a strong rapport with various roles throughout the organization.
- Able to hold others accountable to training standards and does not shy away from healthy conflict.
- Able to build and foster an inclusive culture through empowerment, ownership and accountability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Is resourceful, agile, has strong independent problem-solving skills, and is able to navigate through a highly matrixed work environment to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the delivery business.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Open to receiving and providing developmental feedback, and is passionate about developing self and others.
- Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as Connected, MS Teams, and LinkedIn, as well proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, etc.).
- Demonstrates proficiency in leveraging company recruiting technology and executing operational processes.
- Remains current in technology, industry and recruiting trends.
- Certification requirements may exist in the future, once built/offered.

Compensation: Current Salary $15 GSAL $15K annual bonus potential
