Job Description
This role is focused on hands-on endpoint management and Microsoft tenant administration, with immediate impact across Intune, device management, and M365 environments. The team is looking for someone who can step in quickly, operate independently, and provide strong technical depth—not just basic support.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to emerging initiatives, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and an evolving Exchange hybrid-to-cloud strategy.
Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management environment (primary focus)
• Manage device lifecycle, policy configuration, and application packaging
• Support Microsoft tenant administration, including licensing and account management
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, mobile device (MDM), and Teams-related issues
• Operate as a senior technical resource within the endpoint team (strong hands-on contributor vs. architect)
Exposure / Project Work
• Support early-stage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) initiatives (app attach, Nerdio environment, tiered compute models)
• Contribute to Exchange hybrid → cloud transition discussions and execution support
• Assist with occasional Teams/telephony configurations (call queues, auto-attendants, number porting)
• Partner with enterprise architecture on endpoint and AVD design evolution
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) exposure or hands-on experience
Exchange (on-prem or hybrid) administration experience (distribution lists, SMTP relay, mail routing, etc.)
PowerShell scripting
Experience in environments transitioning to modern workplace / cloud-first M365
Helping the team progress toward automation, standardization, and scalable endpoint practices
Salary : $50 - $65
