Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Estimator role based in Woodland Hills, CA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial efficiency throughout construction projects. Additionally, the individual will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide clear communication and ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Cost Management
- Strong skills in Communication and an ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, industry practices, and relevant software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
